Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time.

Connection Policy

On very rare occasions, a connection may not unfold as expected. If, within the first fifteen minutes of the session, the information coming through is overwhelmingly inaccurate, we will acknowledge this together and choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule the session for a later date.
• Receive a 75% refund and referrals to other practitioners who may be a better fit.
• Continue with the session, with the understanding that the full session fee remains applicable.

My intention is always to provide an authentic and meaningful experience, and I believe transparency serves both you and your animals.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary and to decline service in cases involving non-payment, repeated lateness, disrespectful behavior, or abusive conduct.
